The golf world lost a talented and well-respected writer this week, Steve DiMeglio. As a Golfweek/USA Today reporter, Steve forged relationships with many of golf`s great players, captured the stories we all wanted to read, and shared his battle with cancer in hopes of encouraging others to sign up for cancer screening. The past October, Steve was the recipient of the Metropolitan Golf Writers Association`s Lincoln Werden Golf Journalism Award.
